Bairie Nichols, CPA, joined Walpert Properties as Chief Financial Officer in 1997, bringing with him 10 years of experience in public accounting and real estate finance and valuation with KPMG Peat Marwick. In January of 2004, Nichols was named Chief Operating Officer of the company in addition to his Chief Financial Officer responsibilities. He works with property management and brokerage to monitor the operating and financial aspects of Walpert Properties real estate management and investment holdings.
Nichols, a certified public accountant, holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and an MBA from Southwest Missouri State University.
In his free time, Nichols is committed to giving back to the community. He is an active volunteer for the United Way of Greater St. Louis through various committees and panels in addition to other charitable and non-profit organizations.
